Meet the Director:
From a young age, I have had a passion for carpentry, which was nurtured during my secondary school years through a skills tech class.
This led me to attend East Surrey College, where I studied carpentry in depth. My career began at a furniture restoration company in Reigate, followed by an apprenticeship with a prestigious Reigate-based building company, where I honed my skills in kitchen and bathroom fitting. I then advanced to a project management role at a growing local building company, refining my management and organisational abilities.
In 2014, I founded my own business, SKG Building Ltd, specialising in bathroom, wetroom, and kitchen installations, as well as bespoke built-in cabinetry. In 2022, after the loss of my father, I rebranded my company to Goat Manor Ltd, in honour of my dad, affectionately known as 'Goat' due to our surname, Goacher, and his phone being saved as 'The Goat Manor'. This journey has shaped me into the professional I am today.

Sean has had a massive input into the remodelling of our home over the past year. This is our new wetroom and it looks even better than in the photographs. We needed to redo the room due to a failing wetroom floor of twenty years. What we ended up with is a chic and modern wetroom that completely surpasses what was there. Sean and his team work very methodically, really take care and have a pride in their work. He is also very flexible, full of ideas in solving problems and very receptive to the ideas of others. All in all a great outcome and couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Goat Manor did a great job installing my ensuite and family bathrooms. The tiling finish is immaculate, and I am extremely pleased with the end result. They went the extra mile to recess a tall cabinet and sort a long-standing drainage problem with my bath. The work was finished within the timescales quoted, and any extra costs were discussed with me in advance. I would recommend Goat Manor for your bathroom.
Sean did a great job in my bathroom – gutting it and replacing with a modern shower room. The plumbing, tiling and decorating were all done to a very high standard and with the minimum of disruption. Everything was sparkling clean and beautifully presented, and I would definitely recommend his work.
